Abstract
A theoretical study has been made of the impedance of the solid oxide electrolyte/gas electrode interface with nonuniform transport properti es. The coefficient of surface diffusion of oxygen over platinum has b een estimated (D less than or equal to 10(-13) m(2)/s) with high degre es of filling of the adsorbing layer.
