The paper presents the results of observations, performed by participa
ted psychologist, of official negotiations (January-March, 1993) on se
ttlement of conflict between Ingush Republic and North-Osetian Republi
c. The author concentrates mainly on organizational, procedural and pr
ocessual aspects of negotiations, as well as on their psychological co
ntent.
