Abstract
A conception of psychosomatic diseases emergency is proposed, heart-va scular pathology is taken as an example. Psychological mechanisms of t he emergency of a chronic emotional tension and depression are conside red as a mismatch between personal characteristics and the kind of soc ial stressor. The kind of stressor is constituted to be taken into acc ount for correction of a person's behavior of type A or B which are th e prognostic factors of ischemic heart disease.
