Abstract
The compile-time HPF/Fortran 90D performance prediction framework allo ws accurate, cost-effective performance prediction in high-performance computing environments. Framework implements and interpretative appro ach to performance prediction and helps select appropriate HPF/Fortran 90D compiler directives, debug application performance, and experimen t with runtime and system parameters.
