Abstract
A reliable and reproducible method to separate and quantitate capsaici n and its analogues using argentation hplc, which permits the base-lin e separation of norcapsaicin, zucapsaicin (civamide), capsaicin, nordi hydrocapsaicin, nonivamide, homocapsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and homod ihydrocapsaicin-I, is described.
