Abstract
The purpose of this study was to validate the Questionnaire de l'Attac hement chez l'Adulte (QAA). This instrument is a translation in French of the adult attachment styles measure of Simpson (1990). The results showed that the indices of factorial validity, internal consistency, and stability were similar to those found with the English version. Im plications for the use of the QAA in future studies are discussed.
