Abstract
Lactarius salmoneus var. curtisii (Coker) Hesler & A. H. Sm., L. verae crucis Sing. and L. volemus (Fr.) Fr. var. volemus are reported from n ew localities in Mexico, this latter also recorded from Guatemala. In addition L. chiapanensis is described as new species; it is an edible fungus occurring in a tropical forest at S Mexico.
