Abstract
N,N'-Dimethyl-N,N'-[2-(3-methylureido)pyrid-5-yl] urea (5) was designe d and synthesized as a guanylyl-guanosine equivalent molecule. (E)-Pre ference of the urea bond of 5 enhanced the formation of highly associa ted complexes of 5 with bis(cytosyl) derivatives.
