Abstract
The following are case studies of the implementation of teleworking. T hey have in common that they both involve home-based, but mobile, tele workers. But there the similarity ends. The groups of teleworkers have quite different types of jobs. And the technology used to enable the teleworking varies considerably in its complexity. The case studies se rve to illustrate that the technology solution should be designed to f it the circumstances; there is no single 'off the shelf' package.
