Abstract
We report measurements of mesoscopic fluctuations of Coulomb blockade peaks in a shape-deformable GaAs quantum dot. Distributions of peak he ights agree with predicted universal functions for both zero and nonze ro magnetic fields. Parametric fluctuations of peak height and positio n, measured using a two-dimensional sweep over gate voltage and magnet ic field, yield autocorrelations of height fluctuations consistent wit h a predicted Lorentzian-squared form for the unitary ensemble. We dis cuss the dependence of the correlation field on temperature and coupli ng to the leads as the dot is opened.
