Abstract
The paper describes a device for recording in real time (without a gra dually increasing delay) the distribution function of random time inte rvals. Fluctuations are analyzed using priority time discrimination. T he device has a time resolution of less than 70 psec at a repetition r ate of up to 10 MHz and both analog and digital outputs.
