Abstract
The control of the different chemical process solutions for electropla ting is important to ensure the tin coating quality. For this purpose, an on-line continuous titrimetric measurement system has been develop ed and improved. This is now fully in operation and allows efficient c ontinuous control and process correction, increasing the electroplatin g quality.
