Abstract
Canalicular lacerations need to be correctly identified before surgica l repair. Methods to find the medial cut end are numerous. With the us e of direct sight or the bubble test or both, the identification and r epair of the medial cut end of the lacerated canaliculus should be ach ievable in the majority of cases.
