We describe the generators of kappa-conformal transformations leaving
invariant the kappa-deformed d'Alembert equation. For the case D = 4 t
he algebraic structure of the conformal extension of the off-shell spi
n zero realization of kappa-Poincare algebra is discussed. Then the D
= 2 off-shell realization of kappa-conformal algebra for arbitrary spi
n and its commutation relations are studied.
