Abstract
A theoretical study of the behavior of a spherical bubble in polymer s olutions has been performed. The rheological properties of the polymer solutions were approximated by the Williamson model. The equation of bubble oscillation, the equation of the natural frequency of the bubbl e and the pressure equation are derived. The bubble radius time histor y, the equilibrium and critical radii of the bubble and the pressure a t the bubble wall in PEO solution, PAM solution, CMC solution and wate r are obtained by numerical calculations.
