Abstract
The phase boundary between the hadronic and the quark-gluon plasma pha se is calculated using a thermodynamically consistent hadronic equatio n of state with excluded volume for all hadrons. In this scheme the qu ark-gluon plasma phase remains stable at very high temperatures for al l values of the baryon density.
