J. Stankowski et al., INFLUENCE OF MICROWAVE-POWER ON MAGNETICALLY MODULATED MICROWAVE-ABSORPTION IN A GRANULAR HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR, Physica. C, Superconductivity, 215(1-2), 1993, pp. 167-172
In this paper we present the influence of microwave power and temperat
ure on magnetically modulated microwave absorption (MMMA) in the granu
lar ceramic superconductor YBa2Cu3O6.9 (Y-123 phase). A simple Josephs
on junction local-temperature model describing observed changes of MMM
A linewidths as a function of microwave power is proposed. The agreeme
nt between experimental results and the proposed model proves that in
high-temperature superconductors absorption of microwave power occurs
mainly in intergrain Josephson junctions of a ceramic sample.
