Ya. Guskov et al., A SIMPLE TECHNIQUE FOR TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND STABILIZATION DURING MICROWAVE-HEATING, Instruments and experimental techniques, 38(4), 1995, pp. 557-558
An interference technique for measuring the temperature of a plane-par
allel sample exposed to microwaves and an application of this techniqu
e to temperature stabilization are described. The advantages of the te
chnique are the wide temperature range (from helium to beyond 1000 deg
rees C), high sensitivity, immunity to electromagnetic noise, and rela
tively easy operation.
