Abstract
This paper summarizes test resuLts which were carried out to investiga te the influence of several parameters in the switching impulse streng th of phase-to-phase insuLation. As a consequence, a new formulation f or the phase-to-phase critical flashover voltage is presented. Test re sults are also compared with those avaiLabLe in the literature, taking into account the differences among the various configurations used.
