Abstract
This review is devoted to the determination of medicinal preparations for intravenous anesthesia in biological samples. The prospects of usi ng high-performance liquid and gas chromatography, low- and high-resol ution mass spectrometry, and various hyphenated techniques for the pur poses of clinical and forensic medicine are demonstrated. Emphasis is given to various modes of biological sample preparation.
