A young woman presented with an elevated, retinal yellow-white lesion
in mid-periphery of one eye, associated with a dragged disc. Different
aetiologies were discussed including retinopathy of prematurity, fami
lial exudative vitreoretinopathy, congenital retinal folds, incontinen
tia pigmenti, Eales' disease, toxocariasis, combined hamartoma of the
retina and the pigment epithelium.
