I. Gomez et al., IMPACT OF ORGANIC AND POTASSIUM FERTILIZA TION ON POTASSIUM DYNAMICS IN CALCAREOUS SOILS - APPLICATION OF AN ELECTROULTRAFILTRATION SYSTEM, Agrochimica, 39(5-6), 1995, pp. 307-315
Two calcareous soils amended with different organic and inorganic fert
ilizers were incubated in pots for 6 months in an experimental greenho
use. The influence of different K and P levels on the evolution of K a
vailability in soil with added earthworm humus or se wage sludge, was
studied by EUF. The results have shown that the content and evolution
of EUF-extractable potassium is significatively influenced by the init
ial addition of K to the soil. The content of K retained (K-II) is aff
ected by the fixation index of the soil.
