Abstract
The official date of publication of each Contribution is given, with a uthor(s), title, and pagination. Special problems, due to inconsistenc ies in the sources of issue dates (hand-stamped in a few copies and pu blished in the Smithsonian year), are discussed. The issue dates appea ring in the Smithsonian year are reliable, except in recent years when the published date sometimes was incomplete.
