Abstract
A CuInSe2-based thin film solar cell fabricated by the selenization me thod was investigated by micro-Raman-spectroscopy. By measuring the de pth-profile of spatially-resolved Raman spectra taken from the cross s ection of the cell, the formation of MoSe2 at the Mo/CuInSe2 interface was confirmed.
