Results of the study of rheological properties of inorganic dispersion
s of silicates and aluminosilicates in water in the presence and absen
ce of added PSG [1 - 3] and S-3(1) anionic surfactants are presented.
The results of experimental studies were analyzed using the Ree-Eyring
flow theory. It was shown that the addition of PSG, which is a mixtur
e of sodium salts of aromatic sulfonic acids of different structure [1
- 3], decreases the level of apparent viscosity and shear stress most
efficiently, noticeably changing the structure and thixotropic proper
ties of suspensions.
