Abstract
Studies of the evolution of cathode potential with increasing current densities have been performed in electrodeposition processes under dif ferent bath conditions- The role of the constituents of the deposition bath in the final result is discussed as well as the possibility of e xerting a potentiostatic control of the composition of the deposit.
