Abstract
Technique of holography yields three dimensional images with a high se nsitivity. The inevitability of the presence of aberrations in optical imaging systems limits the applicability of the systems. The holograp hic imaging system has been subjected to apodisation besides aberratio ns and the image contrast is evaluated for various orders of apodisati on and aberration. The contrast profiles are drawn.
