Abstract
Granulosa cell tumors of the ovary (GCTs) are uncommon neoplasms that are characterized by late recurrence and high survival rates. A case o f recurrent GCT presenting 37 years after initial diagnosis is reporte d with a review of the literature, This case illustrates an example of a very late recurrence and emphasizes the importance of the extended follow-up required for these patients.
