CARCINOMA OF PROSTATE METASTATIC TO NASAL-MUCOSA

The case of a 55-year-old male with nasal mucosal metastasis from the carcinoma of prostate is reported, After diagnosis he was treated with radical radiotherapy to the prostate, Nasal mucosal metastasis develo ped 3 months later, which stained positive for prostate-specific antig en on immunohistochemistry. Shortly thereafter he developed widespread multiple organ metastases and died 1 year after diagnosis.
