Abstract
The resistivities of B2-type Fe1-xAlx(x = 0.25 similar to 0.49) compou nd singlecrystals were investigated in the temperature range of 4.5 si milar to 1120K and the relations between composition, temperature and resistivity were revealed. The results show that the resistivity rho i s proportional to T-2 below 100K and the transition points above room temperature correspond to Fe1-xAlx(x = 0.25 similar to 0.30) order fer romagnetic Curie temperature.
