Abstract
In the present work we study two different mutagenic methods in Asperg illus parasiticus: UV light and Nitrosoguanidine treatments. With UV l ight we obtained more suitable results, with survival percentage aroun d 1 % in many experiments. With Nitrosoguanidine our results were arou nd 10 % survival rate. We suggest the use of UV light to obtain mutant s from A. parasiticus.
