Abstract
Dementia pugilistica is classically seen in boxers. We describe the ca se of a 33-yr-old achondroplastic dwarf who developed the pathological hallmarks of the condition, probably as a result of chronic occupatio nal trauma. Dementia pugilistica has not been previously described in achondroplasia.
