Abstract
When compared to men (n=46) and women under 30 years of age (n=3O) or women over 60 (n=68), men over 60 years of age (n=41) showed an extrem e reluctance to answer questions about their perceptions of other men who nurture children. Women under 30 were comparatively willing to sha re their views.
