Abstract
Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography was used for the sepa ration of platinum anti-tumour drugs in aqueous solutions. With the us e of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) the neutral drugs cisplatin, carbopl atin and lobaplatin and charged hydrolysis products could be separated very easily in only one run. The pH of buffer solution, SDS concentra tion, applied voltage and injection conditions were optimized. The lim it of detection and linearity for the determination of each complex we re determined. The developed method was used for stability measurement s of the complexes in solution.
