Abstract
Racemic aminophosphonic acids were completely resolved into their enan tiomers by capillary electrophoresis using P-cyclodextrin as a chiral selector in a berate electrolyte. The reproducibility of sample inject ion, solute migration time, and detection limits of the solute were st udied. The calibration curve obtained from peak areas was linear over the concentration range of 10 to 300 mu g/mL. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc .
