The psychometric properties of the Decision-making Questionnaire which
was designed to assess decision-making in an organizational context w
ere investigated by administering the questionnaire to 54 undergraduat
e students. The dimensions measured are Effectiveness, Confidence, and
Information used in making both tactical and strategic organizational
decisions. The assessment of the Effectiveness scores consisted of ex
amining item-to-total correlations, principal components analyses, and
internal consistencies. Also, the relationships amongst all three dim
ensions measured by the scale as well as relationships of all three di
mensions with measures of perceived opportunities and threats are repo
rted.
