Abstract
The psychometric properties of the Decision-making Questionnaire which was designed to assess decision-making in an organizational context w ere investigated by administering the questionnaire to 54 undergraduat e students. The dimensions measured are Effectiveness, Confidence, and Information used in making both tactical and strategic organizational decisions. The assessment of the Effectiveness scores consisted of ex amining item-to-total correlations, principal components analyses, and internal consistencies. Also, the relationships amongst all three dim ensions measured by the scale as well as relationships of all three di mensions with measures of perceived opportunities and threats are repo rted.
