Abstract
This article provides an overview of the miniseries as well as a healt h care reform context for exploring the emerging role for psychologist s in the delivery of health and mental health services to children in the school setting. The articles comprising the miniseries look at the past, present, and foreseeable future to determine both the opportuni ties and obstacles for comprehensive, school-based psychological servi ces to children.
