Abstract
This paper deals with the hierarchy and the interrelationship of priva te, state and public interests in international space law. Our purpose is to discuss which of these interests must have priority in relation to the others and to try to outline a fair and equitable balance amon g them in order to stimulate the rightful achievement of each one of t hem, avoiding harm to the others.
