Final state interactions in the d(e, e'np) amplitude are known to depe
nd strongly on the final momentum of the spectator nucleon. We use thi
s feature to show that color transparency effects can be studied at ra
ther low four-momentum transfer Q(2) greater than or equal to 4 (GeV/c
)(2). Furthermore, the process d(e, epsilon'Np), in which the N* is p
roduced in recoil kinematics, is shown to be especially sensitive to t
he effects of CT.
