Abstract
The time-resolved spectra of the exciton photoluminescence of pure sam ples of 6H-SiC at 90 K are presented. Obtained at different delay time s, these spectra are measured from the maximum of the exciting pulse. The exciton bands do not damp identically in time, and some of them ha ve a small shift in energy with delay time. Estimates which show that it is possible to observe such a shift are given.
