A system of integral equations describing the ground state of a cubica
lly symmetric non-Coulomb acceptor (taking into account the difference
between the real potential and the Coulomb potential) in a diamond-li
ke semiconductor is derived in the momentum representation and solved
numerically. The ground-state wave functions are found with an accurac
y of the order of 2% for several accepters in a GaAs-type semiconducto
