Abstract
A case of neurogenic arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) with ass ociated neuronal migration abnormalities is described. A child with ne urogenic AMC and developmental delay presented with late onset of seiz ures. The first trimester of the mother's pregnancy was marked by an e pisode of gastro-enteritis and the intrauterine death of a hin fetus. Computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging demonstra ted abnormal neuronal migration consisting of bilateral parietal polym icrogyria, and an isolated grey matter heterotopia.
