Abstract
Penicillin G acylase from E. coli (E.C. 3.5.1.11) immobilized on Euper git C enantioselectively recognises phenyl acetates derivatives allowi ng the preparation of compounds of high ee to be used as side chains i n the preparation of beta-lactam antibiotics.
