Abstract
Most retinoblastomas manifest themselves as leukocoria or strabismus, with other signs being much less common. Orbital cellulitis is now rar ely seen as a presenting sign of retinoblastoma, except in underdevelo ped countries.(1) The authors report on a 13q (-) genotype baby with b ilateral retinoblastoma, who presented with unilateral orbital celluli tis and opaque ocular media.
