Most retinoblastomas manifest themselves as leukocoria or strabismus,
with other signs being much less common. Orbital cellulitis is now rar
ely seen as a presenting sign of retinoblastoma, except in underdevelo
ped countries.(1) The authors report on a 13q (-) genotype baby with b
ilateral retinoblastoma, who presented with unilateral orbital celluli
tis and opaque ocular media.
