Abstract
We describe a 16-year-old boy with reflex sympathetic dystrophy after a fracture of the right hand. He had inflammation of the proximal nail folds and arrested nail growth of digits 3, 4 and 5 on the right hand . After 2 months lymphatic drainage treatment, the changes to the nail s had disappeared.
