A field trail was conducted on sandy loamy site Dedelow to study vario
us tillage systems in the crop rotation potatoes, winter wheat, maize
for silage, winter wheat. The trail showed that the use of soil saving
cultivation is possible without yield reduction. There were no signif
icant relations between tillage methods and crop growth. After the fir
st crop rotation soil saving tillage increased the grain yield by 0,16
t/ha. Compared with traditional tillage can be saved 1,45 working hou
rs (33,5%), 24,61 of fuel (51%) and 42,8% of processing costs per year
and hectare of cultivated area.
