A phenomenological nuclear model which considers the Coriolis coupling
between the states of the ground, beta,gamma, and K(pi) = 1+ bands is
described. Properties of collective states of the isotopes Er-164, Er
-166, Er-168, Er-170 are studied. The influence of the K(pi) = 1+ band
on the characteristics of the low-lying levels is investigated. Energ
ies, ratios of the reduced probabilities of E 2 transitions, and coeff
icients of the mixture of multipoles delta from states of the vibratio
nal beta and gamma bands are calculated.
