Abstract
Microcellular polyethylene foam films offer a large internal surface o f 20 m(2)/g, Through irradiation induced grafting process, it could co nnected some of hydroxyl and amine groups to form basic membranes, and then grafted with vinyl dimethyl azlactone to form modified microporo us polyethylene membranes, It would absorb amine group of protein-A wi th coordinate bonding in neutral solution and releasing in acid soluti on, We could used various modified membranes to carry out coordinate b inding for isolation and purification of protein.
