The relationship between students' personality types, as measured by t he Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, and their performance in i ntroductory economics is explored. In addition to comparing a student' s learning style with a professor's teaching style, options are sugges ted for improving instruction by offering a variety of different teach ing and grading strategies that better accommodate student personality types and learning styles.
