Abstract
Capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection system is applied to detect DNA fragments and PCR products from oncogene usin g hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and no-cross-linked polyacrylamide as s ieving media, The effects of sieving medium concentration, electrolyte concentration and intercalating agent concentration on separation of DNA fragments have been investigated in detail, The relationship betwe en peak area and concentration of DNA fragments in pressure injection has been compared with that of electrokinetic injection.
